Waylon Barnes is an American entrepreneur, businessman, and musician based in Los Angeles, CA. He is the founder and chief executive officer of C2 Management, as well as the co-founder and president of Marketing Wonder.

Barnes established C2 Management, a music marketing company that focuses on artist development and marketing for both independent and mainstream artists, as well as for labels and management companies. Through his work at C2, he has collaborated with Grammy-winning musicians, Billboard-charting artists, and some of the biggest names in the industry. He continues to serve as an active managing partner and the sitting CEO.

Born and raised in Santa Paula, California, Barnes earned a degree in International Relations from San Francisco State University, graduating at the top of his class in his field. He is regarded as a thought leader in international politics, business, and music, and has held various leadership positions within his national fraternity, Phi Kappa Tau.

After his academic achievements, Barnes began his career in the corporate sector, undertaking several sales and consultancy roles with Fortune 500 companies, all while pursuing his passion for music.

Before achieving success with C2 Management, Barnes founded Tree4ort Studios in Los Angeles, where he worked with renowned artists and labels in production, engineering, and songwriting. He sold Tree4ort Studios in 2021.

Building on the success of C2 Management, Barnes co-founded Marketing Wonder in 2024, a marketing company designed to help small to medium-sized businesses compete in the modern digital landscape.
